I got this figure from Ebay and it's still in transit, but I'm sharing the pics here. The seller claimed it was very rare, but I managed to buy it for very cheap as there were no other bids on it. Is this some fan-made project? She certainly doesn't look like a traditional M.U.S.C.L.E figure, but she does have the markings on the back.

"Queen of Heaven" from Kinkeshi part 25: http://kin29mankeshi...com/part25.html

Is the item coming from Japan by any chance?

Part 25 Queen of Heaven. Looks like one of her utensils is missing the tip.

Oh nice! Thanks. Too bad about the tip of her utensil. This set is rare? I like Asuraman's Mother and the wizard Cementos also.

The seller is from Thailand.

No. Not rare. But less available than the lower parts. Anything that was not made as a M.U.S.C.L.E. figure is (or was) a lot more popular outside of Japan though. This was years ago though now, so I am not sure how demand is.

Remember that it's technically not an actual "M.U.S.C.L.E." as it wasn't part of Mattel's line.

Neat figure though!!

Ah ok. Well once I see how the red one looks next to the MIMPS I'll maybe buy that green one from the store too. And if you come across The Cementos and Asyruaman's Mother in green do let me know. Is this a very old line? They seem so familiar but maybe my wires are getting crossed from looking at little rubber toys all day lately lol

Wow, so the figure arrived and it's really nice! I like the texture and weight of the material. I'll definitely get her in green and maybe a few of the little dancing guys too (after my budget recovers!). Once my MIMP collection is complete, I'll be collecting these and the classic M.U.S.C.L.E figs.

This website is amazing and these forums make me feel less insane for collecting these little weirdos. Many thanks!
