I love it! These aren't easy to get a hold of. I have one from their first "wave."

I have an MXD entry on the first wave: http://minifigures.b...oomoth.html?m=1

Not sure if that's the actual color, it might be jewelers wax, if that's his sculpting medium. In anycase If you are snagging extras, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on one.

You are exactly right. That is just a pic of the actual sculpt. They will be doing flesh, red, blue, green and full color painted versions.

While this was a Tokyo Wonder Fest exclusive, I have a direct hookup if anyone wants in on these. Have to keep it a little on the DL as to not upset any folks in Japan who missed out.

The total price is $38.00 via PayPal shipped from Japan. While on the pricy side, these are super limited, and incredibly cool. Ordered one myself!

There is one currently on eBay right now for $50 plus shipping...

Blue is the only color not available at this point.

PM me if interested, and I can hook you up with my source.

Ya, the exchange rate really blows right now... They were 3,000円 at WF, so add in the dollar conversion and shipping and that is where the $$ comes from. These are officially licensed products, so much of the cost was generated from the royalties they had to pay NAMCO.

Yes, I'd really like to get one too, but I can't justify $40. :( One, because it's just not enough plastic for that price, and two, I'm not a big fan of Splatterhouse. If it were a sculpt of a character from a movie/comic that I loved, I might be able to justify it. But I just can't right now.

But I do really want to support these guys.

I AM a fan of Splatterhouse, and I STILL can't substantiate paying $40 for a single piece of plastic.

Yeah forty bucks is pretty steep, but I like the idea of showing support for an artist, especially when he works in a medium I love like mini figures, though I'm sure he probably sculpts a on a bigger scale too. But he if we don't support him now, he might do any more. Guess I need to really mull this over.

Haha, CRAP...I just woke up early this morning to toss a bid on the one on eBay. Wish I'd seen this thread so I could've saved myself $12.

With that said...I can swing a green one for the desk too.

I AM a fan of Splatterhouse, and I STILL can't substantiate paying $40 for a single piece of plastic.

Given it's on par with a Series 3 MIMP and the prices people demand for *those*...I can actually stomach this greatly by comparison.
