Not sure what this guy is from. Hoping someone can help. I think the red thing in his hand is a weapon and is missing something. There was a layer of green paint or something on him and nearly all has peeled off. Head does turn. Both feet have a "D" on the bottom, but no other markings otherwise. Body is mainly hard plastic, but wings, head and chest thing are all rubbery. Strangely enough, all those rubber parts are connected and molded as one piece. Got this in a mixed box full of old 70-80's stuff if I remember right.
