I saw these tonight at Walmart for $2.88 a pack. The Green Army Guy is a pretty decent mini.

Are they made of PVC? I could see grabbing some if they're not hard plastic.

They are basically rubber material like muscle firmness. They have some flex but aren't too hard or too squishy soft.

Toy Story minis found at London Drugs (Canada) as a Buddy Gift Pack. Soldiers are stiff PVC, like Imaginext, but tiny at 1.25 inches. Tank is hard plastic with PVC gun. 4 figures, just 3 poses, would love to see a group of these (and a marching pose soldier).Attached File  IMG_5995.JPG   145.34K   0 downloadsAttached File  IMG_5994.JPG   128.33K   0 downloadsAttached File  IMG_5993.JPG   96.93K   0 downloads
