So, since this is black, I am assuming that they will have different colors like the fists and batlle boxes? THAT would be sweet!

Yep, but these come in just black and red. My red arena's box has a checkbox for both colors and a marker slash through the red one.

I noticed one of my Walmarts just got a case of the boxes...
So they SHOULD have the arena soon!
$42 is ridiculous. I would spend no more than $19.99-$24.99 for it.

Case of FoP boxes? Meaning you don't know what they contain or they're battle boxes? Mine has had the Battle Boxes but not the Fists. Sweet Shriek figure, BTW.I noticed one of my Walmarts just got a case of the boxes...

i am really looking forward to getting the arena and the other warlords. Also wave 2 and series 2. I only need 5 more figs for the series one set. i'm desparatly trying to get them.
