[Evil Lord Proteus]

Hey there. This is the mock version of my Rewrite of the Kinnikuman series. basicly it lists what i would change about the series, it's original stories and has some stories arc's of my own. This is all half thought through and i still need to do some research and planning. Any criticism, thoughts and idea's are welcome. perticularly idea's for new one shot characters, since im trying to find "official" characters in the Kinkeshi range. Mostly for the Throne and Ultimate Tag Team Arc. Feel free to suggest/invent characters for any character slot that is marked ????? I could also use some corrections, since there are probably a lot of errors. For example i dont know the name of the planet and people that guarded the Sword of Justice in the filler arc and i forget the Choujin Devil's name(something Sho?). Anyway, Im still halfway trhough writing it and there is one last story arc i am adding at the end. Hope you enjoy.

General

Every character will have their original color scheme from the manga with one or more exceptions
Terryman and Neptuneman will have blonde hair, instead of the manga Gray
Kin Kotsu Man will no longer appear every 5 minutes
Maivia will be more active as a Seigi Choujin
Wolfman will be more useful Seigi Choujin
Blackhole is now one of the most powerful Akuma Chojin's.
An "everyone can beat everyone" policy will be enforced. While some characters will obviously be sucky fighters and some excellent ones, every character can potentially beat every other character and it is
assumed that most Chojin are very skilled fighters.
Kinnikuman Phoenix now wears a mask over his mouth. We can atleast make him LOOK cool...
Motorman will not look as clunky as before and will have a sleeker design. He now has normal hands which can retract into his battery hands so he can bring his electrical touch to bare
Everyones Chojin power rises constantly. Chojin power does not represent skill or power, but is just a reoresentation of how much Divine favor a Chojin has earned by fighting other Chojin.
Chojin Power is used by Chojin's to help them survive wounds and punishment that would otherwise cripple or kill a lesser man. The more Chojin power they use, however, the weaker and more tired they become.

The same except for when the Akuma Chojin attack the stadium, Mr America, Armstrong, Puri Puri Man, Dark Jr, Missile Man and The Train reveal themselves and figh The Seigi Chojin. Buffaloman and Black Hole spectate with the other disguised Akuma Chojin and comentate. After all of the new Akuma Choujin are defeated the remaining 5 Devil Choujin reveal themselves and issue their challenge to the Seigi Choujin.

Terryman fights Mr Japan because he believes him to be Mr America, an old rival of his. Terryman is defeated when Mr Japan gets the crowd on his side somehow and becomes incredibly powerful. Terryman deduces that Mr Japan gets his strength from the crowd, and tells Kinnikuman. Kinnikuman fights Mr Japan and gets the crowd on his side and beats Mr Japan.

All teams must go through a preliminary round to qualify for the tournament. Yes, Canadian Man and Specialman will win a fight. Blackhole and Pentagon put up a much better fight against Kinnikuman and Kinnikuman Great, and both Blackhole and Pentagon survive the Muscle Docking, though badly hurt. Brocken Jr and Wolfman will put up a good fight against Kenadaman and Screw Kid. Also, whe they will start fighting with all the dead Akuma Choujin before being knocked back out by The Mountain when they enter the spirit shroud.

Rise of The Akuma Chojin Arc
==============================

After being abandoned by their partners after the Chojin Tag Team Tournament, Sunshine and Blackhole make it their mission to reunite all the Akuma Chojin. They ressurect their dead comrades and find and recruit the still living Akuma Chojin across the world. Devil Magician becomes an Akuma Chojin and is forced to kill his partner Skull Bozu, whom objects to him becoming one. They plan to use the Sword of Justice to bring back Akuma Shogun.

The Seigi Choujin and other Chojin are hired by the people who watch over the Sword of Justice to defeat the Akuma Choujin. When the Seigi and Akuma Choujin find the Sword of Justice, they must commence
a ritualistic tournament to decide which group is worthy to use it. A series of matches ensues which pits the Seigi Choujin against the Akuma Choujin in various match types. Buffaloman is abducted after losing to Sunshine and Blackhole and they turn him into an Akuma Choujin once more using The New Longhorn Ritual prepared by Dirty Baron. Eventually, the Seigi Chojin's
numbers begin to dwindle, they must find a 5th man to participate in a 5v5 Tag match, the gaurdians of the Sword of Justice make a deal with Chojin Enma, he will "loan" Neptuneman to them, but one Seigi
Chojin must stay in the underworld even if the Siegi Chojin are victorious. Warsman vaulenteers. Neptuneman is granted a 1 month contract of life, but must participate in this 5v5 match and his team must
be victorious. The 5 man match ends with all 5 Seigi Choujin working together to pull off the "Muscle Tower" which is simillar to the Muscle Docking but with 5 people. When the match is won, Neptuneman
makes a break for it, much to Enma's fury. The Great Dragon appears with a revived Ramenman, Robin Mask, Brocken Jr, Geronimo, Maivia, Pentagon, Teapack Man, Specialman and Canadian Man. Warsman must
remain in the underworld as per the agreement.

Big magnum - Big Magnum is now practicly "Warsman II". He was created in the same way but by a scientist using the same technology that made Warsman what he is.

Scramble for The Throne Arc
============================

This story arc is the same except that there are now two more Princes who will serve as the opponents of Soldier and Zebra in the first round. Kinnikuman Iron Mask was chosen by and represents the Chojin God of Willpower. Kinnikuman Skull was chosen by and represents the Chojin god of Wrath. Team Zebra and Team Iron Mask face off in France. With Team Soldier and Team Skull facing off in America.

Team Big Body puts up a much better fight. Each fight is only a close victory, with no fighter totally dominating the other. Leopaldon survives Mammothman's nose fencing, and fights with a wounded shoulder, spurred on by his thirst for vengeance against Mammothman for killing Pinchman. Goleman is Sunshines brother and is very strong and skilled, and even beats Mammothman. Omegaman is disguised as a fighter called "Million Hell" whom fights Team Big Body. He shows his true form before his fight with Geronimo. Big Body nearly defeats Phoenix and Phoenix is forced to perfect his Muscle Revenger by using the Ring Post to beat Big Body, whom survived an imperfect Muscle Revenger on the ring mat.

After the first round, Sunshine and Screw Kid are recovering from their matches, when Screw Kid is shot from behind and killed. Sunshine evades a second shot and is set upon by a cloaked asassin. After a short fight, with Sunshine seemingly having the upperhand, the cloaked assailant suddenly unleashes a finisher on the Akuma Chojin and kills him. Ashuraman and The Ninja arrive and chase off the assassin and Ashuraman and The Ninja mourn the death of their fellow Akuma Chojin and their friend. The assassin, who was really Million Hell(Omegaman) makes it back in time to fight Goleman and Canonballer.

Ultimate Choujin Tag Team Arc
==============================

After Kinnikuman marries Bibinda, they go on a Honeymoon and then a new tournament is announced to celebrate their wedding. It is a Tag Team Tournament and competitor's are not allowed to partner
with someone who they have previously partnered with before. Everyone has to find new tag team partners. The Seigi Choujin form a meeting so they can decide who they want to partner with. Several seigi
Choujin decide to partner with each other, but others will have to look to other places. Ataru appears and asks Saguru to become his tagteam partner and he accepts. Neptuneman also appears and offers to
become Geronimo's partner and he accepts. Buffaloman and Maivia say they wish to join with partners who are not seigi choujin. When everyone arrives at the tournament Buffaloman's partner reveals himself
to be Mammothman and Maivia reveals his partner to be Kinnikuman Iron Mask.

The each tier of the tournament will take place in a different part of the world. Tier 1 will be in America, Tier 2 will be in England, Tier 3 will be in France, Tier 4 will be in Japan and the finals will be in Greece.

Among the competitors, the seigi choujin notice Mildman and Million Hell as a tag team, whom they assume to be none other than the villains Neptune King and Omega Man, but their suspicians are not confirmed
until later. The Perfect Choujin have split into two opposing factions, one loyal to Neptuneman and the other to Neptune King, they try to destroy each other whenever possible.

Two new villains appear called Psychoman and Mr Shadow and when they defeat their first opponents, reveal that they are Akuma Chojin and are collecting Chojin Energy and the Souls of Chojins into an evil artifact known as The Orb of Kyo no Sho, to revive Akuma Shogun. They are very skilled, powerful and have excellent team work. When Chojins battle they produce a special kind of energy called Chojin Energy, which is what they wish to harvest along with the Souls of Slain Chojin. Mr Shadow was born into a ninja clan but was banished due to his repeated disrespect towards the ninja arts, he is enemies with The Ninja, the two collide in combat outside the tournament in a short scuffle before they are subdued.

Also at some point during the tournament, Neptuneman and Neptune King end up fighting each other outside the tournament, which see’s them battle each other evenly until Geronimo convinces Neptuneman to stop, Omegaman and Neptune King try to attack the both of them but all of the seigi Chojin arrive and threaten them to stop.

After Psychoman and Mr Shadow are defeated by The Muscle Brothers, Ataru goes to destroy the Orb of Kyo no Sho but it suddenly gravitates into Neptune Kings hands, he absorbs it into his chest and he gains the
abilities of the defeated Choujin who's Souls reside in the Orb.
When Neptuneking is defeated, he explodes and the Orb of Sho flies into the air, a ghostly visage of Akuma Shogun's Helmet appears and reveals he has enough energy to once again walk on the mortal plane.
The orb shatters and his body forms. He impales Robin mask with a thunderbolt and nearly kills him and causes Omega Man to explode from electrical overload. Akuma Shogun easilly KO's the weakened Terry Man, Kinnikuman, Soldier and some other present Chojin attempt to rush to their allies aid but are swatted aside by Akuma Shogun, whom vanishes after stating his desire to subdue the world under his rule.

I must say, you've got some interesting ideas here. I, sadly, can't really help with Choujin or team names because I'm not a very creative person. Still, you've got some amazing ideas here.

Also i forgot to mention that Kinnikuman Ironmask was chosen by and represents the Chojin god of Willpower and Kinnikuman Skull was chosen and represents the Chojin god of Wrath. Originally Skull was going to be Kinnikuman Wrath, a character of my own design, but i decided to use Kinnikuman Skull since Yude has already produced art of him. Besides i like using existing Kinkeshi characters more, since there is art and stuff of them already.

Ironmask is actually a good guy, i was going to have him be a powerful businessman before he got chosen, but dont know where i want him to come from, possibly England or Japan. I dont have any backstory on Skull yet, but i was going to make him really evil.

here is art of some of the "official" characters i used. Mr American, Armstrong, Dark Jr and Million Hell in perticular. I think you all know Puri Puri man dispite him not appearing on there. ;P

Hmm... I have a feeling that The Ninja should have an American partner because the team name reminds me of the main characters of the Street Fighter series. Is that why you chose the name, or does it mean something, or some other reason?

Ryuken means Dragon Fist.

I was planning on giving him an "American Ninja" partner, but tbh i didnt consider the fact that Ryu and Ken were Japanese and American when i decided on the name. >_<

This is some excellent work you have done here. I really like your tag team of Sunshine and Blackhole in the "Rise of the Akuma Choujin" arc. Their name "Dark Horizon" is simply awesome.

Though this is my personal opinion, I kind of don't like how you make Terryman lose to Mr. America in your version of "The Seven Devils" arc. It would be nice to see Terryman, who would be at full health now since he is no longer hindered by that gunshot wound he got from Kinkotsuman, have a rematch against Robin Mask. Terryman fighting at his best against Robin Mask would be epic.

Regarding Team Iron Mask, I was thinking of having your last member being Specialman or Canadianman, since it seems like the whole team is comprised of Seigi choujin. I think either of these two would fit in well.

Kinnikuman Skull is one of your most interesting characters for me. As for members on his team, I was thinking that Blackhole and Atlantis would be fitting Akuma Choujin to put in there. I have an idea for a new member on this team; his name would be "The Reaper". He would be so excessively cruel and violent to the point where he would not be satisfied with his victories unless he kills his opponents. As for the last member, I still need some time to think of something.

If I was to change something between Team Skull and Team Soldier, I would have some of Soldiers teammates lose to Team Skull. Having Team Soldier beat Team Skull with no losses on their part seems like too clean of a victory.

For your "Ultimate Choujin Tag Team" arc, I think that you should make one of the participants Kinnikuman Mariposa. Perhaps he could team up with The Ninja (since they are both very quick), but since you already have The Ninja's tag team name as "Ryuken"(Dragon Fist), it wouldn't really fit by having Mariposa in there. All of your other ideas for this arc are excellent.

I also really like how you are making Akuma Shogun the final villain in this story. He really was, as you say, pure undiluted evil and that makes him all the more appropriate to have him as the final boss.

Thanks. Ive always liked both characters and thought they might make an interesting tag team. And ironicly they were both popular enough to come back in the tag team arc. Though i didnt think it was fair to have Blackhole fight a badass like Prince Kamehameha. Speaking of which, i intend on having Black Hole and Pentagon prove more formidible in my rewrite. Furthermore, i forgot to mention that at this point, Black Hole has perfected his powers to such an extent that he doesnt really need to have any nearby sahdows to use his powers, though more shadows would help and make nice hiding places. I plan on having Black Hole teleport and do weird 4D stuff a lot as part of his fighting style.

Hmm i suppose i could fit a Terryman/Robin Mask rematch somewhere in the rewrite, but the reason i made Terryman lose was because Mr American was the strongest of that group of Akuma Chojin and i didnt want the Seigi Chojin to have too clean a victory. I have Pentagon, Wolfman and the other underappreciated chojin's win because they need more wins under their belts imo. Robin Mask gets hit with the Worfing Bat already in his Atlantis and HEll's Missionaries matches and Warsman gets totally pwned by Black Hole and Buffaloman anyway.

Besides, im having the match between Terryman and Mr America be very close anyway One idea i had for Mr America would be that he had the strange ability to get the crowd on his side, and the more chearing their is for him, the stronger he gets. Another idea was that depending on the nationalities of those chearing him, he becoems "Mr *country of origin of crowd* like Mr Japan or Mr Italy, and his mask would change. This idea was not thought through very well becaus i couldnt even remember where the the event was taking place, so i dont even know the nationalities of those in the stadium. >_<

Hmm, perhaps. It would be nice to have them show us what they are really made of. Canadianman would be a better choice since i was gonna have Specialman show us his stuff in the Ultimate Tag Team Arc when he teams up with American Rugby Boss. American Rugby Boss is a character from the first(i think it was the first) Kinnikuman movie and i assume he is an official "Kinkeshi" character. The movies needed more "Fun" and "themed" characters like him, instead of "random generic alien looking henchman" that most of the films were full of.

Originally i was going to have Kinikuman Skull's team consist of Sunshine, Blackhole, Screw Kid and Kendaman, but since Omegaman hunted down and killed Sunshine and Screw Kid, i thought it wouldnt make sense. Secondly, i didnt want it to look like i was constantly forcing Sunshine and Blackhole into the spotlight, they appear again in the final story arc. Third, i originally did have Team Soldier and Skull have a somewhat even win/loss ratio between them, Sunshine was going to beat Buffaloman but then get beaten in a close match between Ashuraman. You know what, screw it, im gonna go back and rework the Team Skull/Soldier back to it's original form, though like i said it wouldnt make sense if Sunshine was there unless Omegaman kills him later before his match with Geronimo. In fact, i think that's what im gonna have happen, perhaps with a touching scene with Ashuraman coming to the dying Sunshine's aid after being shot by Omegaman. I would have to have Omegaman make it back somehow to fight his matches against Team Big Body. Though, off the top of my head, it might be kinda neat to have "Million Hell" make his super hero/sentai esque entrance against Goleman by crashing through the cieling window or something having just got back from collecting his bounty on Sunshine.

For your "Ultimate Choujin Tag Team" arc, I think that you should make one of the participants Kinnikuman Mariposa. Perhaps he could team up with The Ninja (since they are both very quick), but since you already have The Ninja's tag team name as "Ryuken"(Dragon Fist), it wouldn't really fit by having Mariposa in there. All of your other ideas for this arc are excellent.

I originally was going to have all the princes in there, and i didnt finish up on the idea's i had for Mariposa. I was going to have him team up with Dark Jr, who would be going by the name Mariposa Dark at this point and wearing a new costume. Mariposa would reveal he had absorbed a small portion of the power from Robin Mask's Anoaro staff, but had mastered it into the ability to emit a blinding light(and heat) from his person, when he did this his costume would turn gold and he would refer to himself as "MAriposa Gold". The idea i had would be that Dark Jr/Mariposa Dark and Mariposa would use some technique(which i had not thought through completely) to distort the light in the area to create a weird light/dark beam effect simillar to and inspired by that episode of Samurai Jack where he faught that Black Ninja in the ruined Pegoda. The weird beams of light/dark would seemingly be coming from the sun, Dark Jr would be invisible in the dark beams, and Mariposa(while in gold form) would be invisible in the bright beams of light. I attached a picture in case you dont get what i mean. This technique would confuse their opponents. I suppose i should add Mariposa back.

I also really like how you are making Akuma Shogun the final villain in this story. He really was, as you say, pure undiluted evil and that makes him all the more appropriate to have him as the final boss.

Yeah, seriously, Akuma Shogun was easilly the best "villain" with Neptuine King/Neptuneman coming in close. I like to think of Akuma Shogun as being the strongest villain regardless, considering he is a god and how he manhandled Kinnikuman, and it looked like he only lost because of Buffaloman's shinanigans. I have not been working on the Akuma Shogun arc that mcuh recently, and have instead being mostly thinking of how to improve the other arc's before i move onto the final one.

Just a thought, but couldn't you have Omegaman collect Sunshine's bounty between the first and second rounds? And as for the Mr. America idea, it's unique, and I believe the fights took place in Japan due to it being right after The Big Fight, so he would primarily be Mr. Japan, I guess?

As for The Ninja's partner, the name reminds me of the 'Shoryuken,' literally Rising Dragon Fist, I think? And Planetman has a lot of rising moves, Grand Cross, Planetary Alignment, etc. It might work, but I don't see why The Ninja would partner with him when he's a Seigi, and Planetman is still an Akuma Choujin.

Made some updates for the 7 Devils, Rise of The Akuma Chojin and Ultimate Tag Team Arc. Updated the teams and changed some team names which are for you to spot

Mariposa and The Ninja are now tag team partners, old idea is scrapped. The light/dark beam effect now belongs to Eclypse, the tag team of Blackhole and Prisman, which makes a lot more sense.

I'd advise actually starting from the 7 Devils arc, since we all are essentially well-read on the story and if you start with the Monster Extermination arc, then it'll mostly be just more of the same for quite a while. And the Worfing wasn't really a problem until the 7 Devils arc either.

Hey remember that whole, "strangle people with the ropes" that the Ninja did against Brocken Jr.? He used a bunch of fireballs with those too, IIRC. It'd be really cool if Mariposa would do like a team-attack with that so he goes *through* those flames to get a de-facto Montezuma Defense rather than using the Anoaro Staff.

Actually i was thinking of adding back in some idea's i had for one of the monster extermination arc's. Is Kinkotsuman behind the badness in the second Monster Extermination arc? Cos my idea involved him creating a super powerful version of The Black Knight and Kinkotsuman would also find a way to make himself more powerful by making a machine that copies the skills and techniques of Chojin and imprints them into his mind.

Anyway, im gonna do some more tinkering now.

You know, I was thinking about the Muscle Tower, and got a pretty interesting idea.

The Muscle Tower ends up not just being a super Docking. No, it's something much more grand.

Wolfman does a Kinniku Driver. Neptuneman does one as well, but designed to go *up* in the air, like a Neo Kinniku Buster. The two crash their opponent's heads together like during the Hell's Missonaries's Magnetic Storm Crash. Buffaloman comes from below with a Neo Kinniku Buster (using a Hurrcane Mixer to knock the opponent in the air in the first place), completing a Neo Muscle Docking with Neptuneman. Lastly, Terryman and Kinnikuman do a Buster Variation Part 6 and come crashing down and complete the Tower from the top.

And then they all hit the ground, for massive damage

Because otherwise, the Tower idea seems clunky when you realize anybody getting Driver'd except for the bottom guy wouldn't really be hit hard since there's no place to put their heads to get hit really hard.

Orignally there would only be one person getting Kiniku Driver'd and that would be the bottom guy. A Kinnikubuster would be on top and someone would be doing Robin's Tower Drawbridge, wasnt entirely certain what i wanted for the other two but i like the double Kinnikubuster. I was actually already taking diea's from the Games. Buffaloman and Mammothman would use the Skull Castinets which was used by Buffaloman and Ashuraman in the games and i was gonna have Kinnikuman and Soldier use the Muscle Colaberation, or atleast something simillar.

Not sure who is going where, but i want Buffaloman and Sunshine on the top to add extra crushing power to the enemies being busted, drawbridged and driver'd.

Hmm, seems i need to add a few more teams to the first tier of the tag team tournament. I have one team left over without an opponent in the next round.

Guess i could add Iron Mask and Skull in there aswell i guess, and a few old skool Chojin like Benkiman or something
