Does anyone recognize this brand? Small minifigure type. I thought maybe Duplo figure but the head looks to small and I haven't found a match yet. Has an ID # on back 234090692RMS0519.

Hi, this is definitely a LEGO clone brand but it is difficult to tell exactly which as there are so many and they have changed their minifigure designs over the years. It looks similar to brands like best-lock or others you can get in dollar stores. Hope that is a bit of help.

It looks like the brand BLOX made by Wilko (UK)

Don't know what set it's from, but looks more like a construction worker.
