I too also have a box full (300+) M.U.S.C.L.E's. I don't collect them. I just throw them altogether in a box whenever I buy toy lots. I would like to get them off my hands.

Take a few pics of what you have and post them in the Got Toys section. Having 300+ could be a nice boost to someone who is starting to collect colored Muscle.

Exactly. I'll get some pics done up and whoever wants them can take them. I also have an original sealed 4-pack too.

Hi there,

As some of you know, I have a box of m.u.s.c.l.e's I'm looking to get rid of. I do not personally collect these. These are just figures I inherited from various toy lots. If anyone is interested, hit me up. There's 364 in total with the moc included, along with 7 misc knock offs.

They generally go for about .75 to $1 for pinks, and $1-2 for colored.

I tend to agree. As much as I love to see members getting a good deal, this seems a bit too fantastic for a new/zero-feedback member to offer.

I find it hard to believe someone that is well-versed in knock-off wrestlers is completely ignorant of the going rate for legit wrestling figures.

You say that you have purchased, and possibly sold, various M.U.S.C.L.E. lots over the years, so it is hard to believe you have absolutely no idea concerning their value. Also, it appears that you have a decent enough command of this board's search functions to be able to put in a bit of quick research to determine a fair price. If you can necro-bump various topics concerning a somewhat obscure toy line, surely you can find information about a line that is discussed here very often.

As an active collector of less popular, therefore less searchable figures, why wouldn't you want to use this lot of commonly-sought figures as trade fodder? When the types of figures you seek tend show up more than often in the hands of M.U.S.C.L.E. collectors, wouldn't it make more sense to initiate trades with said collectors instead of just giving your trade stock away?

I would definitely be cautious here.

I think it is legit, but with brand new folks offering killer deals, precautions should definitely be taken.

Whoever has agreed to purchase these, please post here that you have worked out a deal. Looks like there are a few people trying to buy them, in this order:

1. DaHumorist

2. saleen123456

3. optimusdrizzt

4. plasticfiend

Best case scenario, you get a killer deal by a generous seller.

Worst case scenario, you have to file a paypal dispute.

My suggestion, whoever is buying these at a super low rate, after you have paid for and received the figures, please be fair and send the guy some more $$ after the fact, since he is selling them so cheap.

Hey I saw your message through email notification but didn't get a chance to check your post until now. If you end up not bulking these out I can point of which ones I need to finish my set. You probably have them in your lot. If you sell them all at once no harm no foul. I appreciate the heads-up you gave me. Life just came up and it is what it is.

If it's 100% legit, awesome. Go good deals. I am and remain skeptical, and don't regret my decision. I've been getting solid deals on lots lately, so missing out on a phenomenal deal isn't gonna ruin my week. Plus if it's legit, the collection falls into the hands of a fellow member. I'm not really looking for pinks at the moment (though I'll probably assemble a second set eventually), so my interest would only be in the colored stuff anyway.

It's a scam or too good to be true huh?....just go ask Dahumorist in a week or so after he receives his package from me...free of charge. I paid shipping. For any skeptic...gently stick it.

If my suspicions were wrong I am happy to say so. Some things are a pleasant surprise despite my pessimism, and it's wonderful when it works out that way.

Generally speaking, when something seems too good to be true it more often than not is just that. Any red flags I see, I point them out. If that makes me unpopular or a "troll," so be it.

I'd rather be wrong about something like this one hundred times more often than I have been in the past. It gives me far greater satisfaction than being right about any potentially sketchy situation ever could.

I hope dahumorist got a hell of a deal. I hope you're pleased with your payment.

but I also don't regret my skepticism, nor will I retract my statement that it looked suspicious and too good to be true.

there are good people in this world, and on this board. And even if I'm wrong in this one instance, my skepticism will remain, because for every good deal like this (if it is indeed) there's twenty fraudulent ones.

If you can't understand why someone might be skeptical in circumstances such as that, well, that's too bad.

I just want to clarify that I didn't buy the MUSCLE from him (though I did send him a pm inquiring about them), but Suckmywave DID offer to send me some Wa-Ru USA Wrestling Team TOTALLY FREE just last week. Haven't gotten it in the mail yet, though...

There on there way. Sent the package out two days ago. I want to state again that I do not collect m.u.s.c.l.e's...I have looked at the value for the figures. I just want to get rid of them. I'm not looking to make big cash off them.
