I have so far stumped Reddit and Ars with these. I got them around the mid-90's I think. Not sure where from, and no idea what they are. I suspect they are just cheap knock-offs of something, but it would be nice to ID them! They may have come from a cereal box, but I couldn't guarantee that.]

There are no markings on them at all to give any clue on who made them, series etc.
