These figures are about 2 inches (toy soldier scale). The logo might not be in english. It looks like "Zortan." These look like they were ment to be a knockoff/copycat of the Lord of the Rings Armies of Middle Earth three inch figures. They are well made and good looking figures. No date I can find. I have no idea what they are or where they come from. I'd love to find more of them. Pleae help if you know anything about them. Thanks.

These figures bend and flex like rubber rather then plastic.

Looks like they're from an obscure line called "The Legend of Zortan" from a company called Simba toys.
Not sure how recent they are, but from the looks of it, the past 10 years or so.

Here's a tv spot(?) for the toys, which is 3d, so I don't exactly know the age of it.
