So I scored this guy in a lot a while back, Im really not sure what he is.. Kinda cool, 4 arms, and a dead stare in his eyes... Any idea? Thanks!

Awesome, where did ya get him? He looks as if he's just eaten some sort of psychedelic
eBay about 2 months ago.. He was in a lot with a Vintage Neon Orange THOR Marvelmania Marx figure and a Red MrBones Candy coffin.. I wanted the coffin. This guy was just a bonus I guess.
