I was wondering why in all the ebay auctions that I see for Homie Series 1, they always say that they are rare. If infact they are rare, I better grab the ones that they have at target.
And also, How many people collect the Homies.

Series 1 WAS rare at one time. I think the company has since realised the earning potential of re-releasing series 1 though. Recently, series one has been showing up again in TRU gumball machines. Of course, series 1 is only 5 or 6 figures, so if you see it for less than 5 bucks, it would be worth your while to pick it up. Spending 50 cents a pop to get random figures from the gumball machines can add up after a while!
......and yes i collect homies. I have all that have been released so far.

I much rather get them from the machines...well i can only do that with Series 1,3,5. But I may just go to eBay and try to get them for a good price. I would have to say out of the 5 Homies that I got, Jokachile (one with a dj table) is by far my favorite.
Also, is this a good deal. Homie Clown Set 2 (6 figures) for $3.00 + $3.50 (insurance/shipping). Im thinking thats a very good deal. But your more into it, so you might know a little better than me.

Has anyone seen those Homies rip off's yet? Instead of ghetto boys and girls, they're Rats dressed up in gangster clothes etc. I'm DEAD Serious!

I was wrong in my earlier post - series one is 8 figures, not 6. I did see them today at TRU gumball machine, so that part was correct.
As for the rats, those are called "hoodrats" and they are not rip-offs. They are made by the same company that makes the homies. I dont care for them much myself.
