Does anyone have any info on Magic Boglins?

They look to fold over themselves to form a ball. Anyone have any of these?

First I've ever heard of them! In the package it just looks like big sticky blob. I'm really curious now what it looks like unfolded.

from the artwork they look like a testicle with Boglin head and arms.

Yeah that package shot it looks like it would be similar to quarter machine sticky hands and sticky bugs.

Pretty sure they were released in Europe too. They are rare though.

I heard from a collector on  FB that these grow in water.

I have one of these, not in packaging - they don't do anything in water other than get cleaned, the stickiness can harbour a lot of dust so the first thing I did when I got him was clean it off. I can't read japanese but judging from the back of the packaging and playing around with it you just fold it into itself and it just slowly unfolds itself out, same as the acrobatic boglins, the packaging says to wrap it around itself and it will slowly unwrap itself, one of the very few things you can do with them haha.

I've attached an image of it before and after the great wash

I had one of these as a kid literally never thought about it until now.
I'm sure the packaging was very similar on the Euro ones.

Edit I'm unsure now it could have been one of those baby Boglins I had or an Acrobat one??? :/
