Help Identifying Toy Claw Machine

Best Answer benkobiman , 20 February 2018 - 05:48 PM

here’s one on ebay, doesn’t look like it has any prizes still with it but it is nautical themed with a submarine claw mechanism... is this it?

it is from 1993, if you can give a roundabout idea of what year it may have been from it might help...

edit...
oooh, found another one that has some of the animals, i see an octopus.

I am trying to remember an old toy claw machine I used to have.
If I remember well it had sea creatures in it. It was blue or teal. It had two levers to move up and down and left to right. Every time you caught all the creatures there was a small door on the top to put them back in again.

There were no coins or tokens to make it work.
It is battery operated. It might have been a foot and a half wide and a foot tall.

I saw some on google that were red with candy inside but not exactly what I am looking for. I saw some sea-themed claw machines even the same color I am looking for but it just has little fish.

I think the one I had an octopus, clam, squid, etc.

Thank you to anyone who knows what it is or can help me find out what it is.

WOW the nostalgia, I had one of these when I was a kid and loved it. I cannot believe its posted here lmao. I'm so amazed right now, whats really funny is, I was thinking about this exact crane a few weeks ago, and how I didnt know what the hell it is.. to bad I cant find mine. I think I might of sold it in a yard sale way back. I had the sea creatures to go with it as well
