The Prodigy are on my recent list aswell was listening to them a few months back, have you heard of the band Pitchshifter its a similar music style.
Invaders is a very good album and quite heavy ticks quite a few boxes for me however still listen to Experiance now and again, 1 of 2 bands I would like to see live the other being silverchair.

I find a recent group similar in ways 2 Prodigy, Nero. But like before them, Pendulum. Both bands wouldnt be around if it werent 4 Prodigy......

Liking youre choices there Biz ;) similar taste again like so many on this site.... I also have a local band (from Birmingham, U.K) that is on the verge of breaking through.... Keep a listen out for a band called Strangle Kojak (they are on Facebook) seen them twice as they were starting out, they play mainly Punk/NuRock. A Young band, I know them through a friend of the band (Have meet Ashley Neal who is the main guitar player in the band the one with the funny hairstyle) and both times I saw them they kicked ass, last time they played the local Academy they were headlining. Here is one of their songs:

So, I'm guessing that nobody here really listens to 80's or 90's hardcore?
What about power-violence bands, like Trash Talk?

Im not one to talk genre, in fact I hate the term, I listen to alot of post-hardcore but also listen to a few newer age hardcore bands like death by stereo and sick of it all.
