I will take a photo tonight. My first thought was that it was discoloured in some way (perhaps it's been painted or dyed?) and the figure itself is pretty beat up, I didn't examine it in detail.

Here we go then, I took a picture with flash [L] and without [R], either way the difference is clear.
The figure doesn't appear painted or dyed. I'd suggest it might be faded except that the colour is pretty uniformly grey, including the bit where the topknot has broken off on his head.
Can anyone solve the mystery?

Thats pretty cool for sure, I've never seen one before. Maybe it was as one person liked to say a factory error. Maybe it was some give away at a ninja pog competition? Did they ever have those? like the pokemon competition only cards etc. Its certainly obscure!

Hello, does anyone know of an internet site with all the ninjas on and a pic of the weapons? I did find it the once but now I can't its a grid view with the ninjas then the weapons separate, or better still could anyone email me a pic of all the weapons? the2ofclubs@hotmail.co.uk thanks
