My memory is awful...
Always has been...
However, I have a couple of very vivid memories from waaay back when I was tiny small; I would have been no older than 5 (because we moved from the area not long after my 5th birthday):
1. Walking home with my parents, it's dark out and I'm fascinated by my shadow from the street lights growing longer and shrinking again as we walk between them, all the while eating a Haunted House ice lolly.

2. Rummaging around in a dingy corner shop and finding a box of awesome monster rings and immediately falling in love with them.

During a quiet night shift at work we were chatting about random tat from our childhoods (strange how it's the pocket money crud that stays with you, even over the "premium" Christmas and birthday toys) and as a result I went on a hunt, and bugger me if someone isn't selling these beauties on eBay! Needless to say I've ordered a box, although what I'll actually do with them once they've arrived remains to be seen
