Rise of the M.U.S.C.L.E is a short stop motion film I made for my Graphic Design II class featuring MUSCLE figures, Kinnikuman and Terryman Microman figures, 25th anniversary GI Joes and a custom painted vintage MOBAT. The whole thing is sort of intended as a bizzare spin off of the MUSCLE toy commercials which in turn was a parody of 50's b-movies. Since I have no confidence in voice acting for more than one character I just use voice clips as well as music and sound effects from TF2 & Left 4 Dead, and due to a rather small time frame I couldn't do everything I intended to (such scenes would've include some more dialogue with Kinnikuman and Terryman, Roadblock blowing up the flammable canister rather than standing there as the bazooka trooper got killed, and possibly a scene where Roadblock and Snake Eyes are opening fire on an incoming swarm at the end, for them to slink off at the moment Duke opened the crypt back up). I even made a fake trailer for the non-existant sequel Return of the M.U.S.C.L.E on a DVD compilation of my work in Multimedia 2 (some aspects of which are nods to Kinnikuman of some form).
