Just discovered that the Preziosi Collection site has an English mirror with a description of the new Elemental Fusion Newstand exclusive series:

http://www.preziosic...scheda1311.html

The key bit is the description explaining the significance of "Elemental Fusion"

Gormiti Elemental Fusion
Nature has generated these new and extraordinary creatures... The fusion of the elements is complete...

On Myth Island, Mother Nature has manifested her explosive power. A fusion of all the elements has created an unstoppable magic... Water, air, earth, forest and fire have conferred upon the Lords of Gorm impenetrable armour. Thanks to these new protective coverings, your favourite warriors are now endowed with a strength like no other before!

Experience this new power right away: the Elemental Fusion collection packs are already on sale at your newsagent's at just euro 2,90 each. Inside you will find a brightly coloured Gormita, with its card and ''fanbuk'' telling you all about each character's history and traits.

The four Lords of Good, and Lavion, the Lord of the Volcano, await you to lock in new and exciting battles.

You can also discover the new strength of the Gormiti through the 5 special colour characters available only from newsagents: Mutevole Sandis, Bu Bamboo, Mollusco, Freccialata and Furia Lavica! Experience the heart-stopping battles with their exclusive, extra-special colour that contains an astonishing power. Collect them all!

Interesting! I initially thought "Elemental Fusion" would refer to some sort of blending of the elements/tribes but I guess it just made them new armor!

Well, I will tell you in about two weeks. Shipping, yay.

More info! The figures do not have a "chip" as much as a two-pronged plug in their feet (so yes, we did get bootlegs). Here's a picture from my genuine Uncino Lavico:

I'd rather have it watertight, honestly, considering what a lot of the Gormiti repaints are there for.

To be honest, it'd probably be fine in water. Still, though, those prongs look easy to bend out of place. And if they rust easily, then more trouble!

Using Uncino, SIZE COMPARISON!

Now, Uncino Lavico is pretty bulky, even for Elemental Fusion, but this should give you a pretty good idea of the set's size.

I could do I could compare marton with Navus and Steelblade, too. They're similar enough.
