By trolling, I meant like fishing, not starting fights. ANYWAY! here are the names and point values of TEH CHARACTURZ. The newsstand repaint figures are higher-point value than the "normal" versions. The point values really go all over the place in this set, ranging from 16 to 42!

By the way, I noticed "Agility" added to the cards in the Cartoon series. What's that for?

I own Marton. If it helps, he's essentially a beefed-up version of Navus (Series 3) or Steelblade (Series 2). Uncino Lavico is surprisingly large, bulky, and detailed. He's a spider with spines and wings!

I own -

Forest - Bu Bamboo (normal), L'Artefato

Volcano - Marton, Magmaserp, Uncino Lavico

Sea - Likasau, Liuk

Earth - L'instancanbile Demolitore, Marmacciaio

On the way in: Magmion, Lavion, Orrore Profondo, Furia Lavica (news stand), Mollusca (news stand)

Of the ones I currently own, all but Uncino Lavico are chip-and-cardless bootlegs from one of the HK auctions.

These are amazing, thanks for showing them!

These news-stand variants... does this mean that if I take a short city break to Milan, Rome or Naples (as I'm considering doing later this year) I can pick these up from news vendors and the like? ^_^

Great Pics man!

I thought the point values on this set were really intersting. Past sets sort of had the members of each tribe go from strong (Lord) to weak, with fairly even points across tribes.

But Elemental Fusion is totally different!

The figure with the highest points overall is not a Lord but Freccialata, Newsstand edition!

And though the Lord of Earth is the strongest lord, his tribe seems the weakest this time around (Poor Tireless Demolisher - 16 Power is weaker than not only most Elemental Fusion, but Cartoon Series too! He's more on par with Final Evolution guys!)

Overall, I found this set to be really intersting. The sculpts are MUCH beefier across the board and remind me more than ever of big Battle Beasts.

A big change from Series 1 (Italian) that had some really wide ranging sizes from tiny figures like Mimeticus to giants like Gheos and Magmion in the same set. Seems over the years the figures have moved to a much more even size on average (Series 2 had some tiny ones, but by Elemental Fusion, they are much more uniform.)

Yes. I think the whole set is available from the newsstand, actually.

jebus. can you take a pic of one of those two next to their tribe's lord? or maybe the series 2 figure with the elemental fusion minion and lord? if they keep getting any bigger they're gonna start looking like sideshow special edition 18" figures.

For some irrational reason, I'm still bothered by the fact that Elemental Fusion makes up entirely new characters instead of old ones in the animated style like the first Cartoon series. Other than that, I'm incredibly impressed by these figures. Thanks to all, especially Rid, for sharing.

I'd like to see some animated-style 3D figures, but another repeat series would bug me.

SERIES 1

SERIES 2

SERIES 3

ENERGHIA (series 1 resculpt)

FINAL EVOLUTION (new version of series 3)

CARTOON (series 1/2 resculpt)

ELEMENTAL FUSION (new except for the lords)

NEW UNKNOWN SERIES (resculpts of Cartoon figures)

See what I mean?

I'm talking about using the original characters that weren't selected for the first Cartoon series for something like Elemental Fusion instead of making up brand-new ones, especially when several of them resemble existing characters anyway (Uncino Lavico in particular reminds me too much of Spider).

Some cool guys like Whirlwing the Tormenter, Battiquercia, that... bat from Series 2, Stalattite, etc.

My first Elemental Fusion Lord came in! Magmion is essentially the same size as Kolossus from Series 2 (in height, girth, bulk, and weight. The only difference is armspan), which means:
