We had this in the 70s. 3 pieces - blue, orange and green. Comes apart - could use each piece individually, make a slide or the circle. Hard plastic similar to little tikes - had a smooth finish. Does anyone recognize or know anything about this? I've been searching for info for years with no luck. Any info or suggestions much appreciated.

So when this was first posted I didn't think this was really in our forum wheel house and this would be kinda forgotten. But a few weekends ago I took my little one out to an indoor play gym.
And they had this.
The close up gives us learning products as manufacturer.
I could have sworn i found their page before, but now I keep finding "children's factory" where they make kids. and this

And when you read about their history they have been around for over 35 years. So Maybe the one in your photo is an older model? You might want to contact them.
