A character from one of the Star Wars novels. Kad'ika is the son of Republic Commando Darman and Jedi Knight Etain Tur-Mukan. He carries his mother's lightsabers and his multi-coloured armour is made up of pieces of armour taken from his departed relatives as a means of remembrance.

In the future Traffic will be directed by cyborg traffic guards, capable of directing street and air traffic simultaneously! They will also be both Judge and Jury for traffic violators in a world full of non-yielding Jay walkers.

They will be known as "The Traffic Judges"!

No, but they look really fun! I think the robes are a nice touch.
