I guess Aikola is talking about the Gormiti Lords that came with "Gloop Orbs".
The answer is no, they were available elsewhere too, originally in Italy they were called Occhi della Vita con Slime.

No, they were newsstand exclusives.

I think those gloop orbs are available in France too, called "pack de régénération"
