Rumor has it that during the original investigation Snuka, when asked by the police, went into his "Wildman from Fiji" WWF character and Vince Mcmahon was the actual one who gave the alibi to the police about the slip and fall. So they literally left it alone for dam near 30 years until he writes his book and a documentary on his life shows him clearly talking lol.
