I was hoping you guys could help me value this stuff. mostly Keshi and some Kirby puppets i have never seen

Yea that green figure is sweet! I would like to pick up those Kirby figures from you, among a few other things. Couldn't tell you the value of them unfortunately. If you figure out the prices on the Kirby's please let me know. I have funds in my paypal and could send you the money. Beats ebay if you were thinking of going that route...

I was told the Keshi are worth $5-15 each and the DDD/Ghost are $25 each but i wanted a second opinion

For mega man keshi, $5-$15 is not accurate at all. most of not all of those can be bought on average for $3-$5 each as singles. In a lot $3 would be a high point and usually $1-$2 each in a large lot is common. Last year I sold 300 figures for $400.
Dragon Quest keshi should pull around $5-$10, if they are clean and complete. If they are missing weapons or dirty I'd say $2 each.
And I'm going off prices from buying on yaj, not ebay. The Japanese like to overcharge when selling on there, which makes people think that is the average price.

I love my $2 a figure keshi off yahoo! Not so much the 9.99 a figure keshi on eBay haha.

I ended up with a few of these from mixed lots. They look like the boss robots. One of them, a yellow chicken guy, has a separate head/missile that snaps into his belly like the Satan Cross gimmick!
Pretty cool to see Jumbo Machinder features on these tiny figures.
