these have me more excited than the marvel kubricks we got late last year, mainly because of their larger size and increased articulation will allow for more expressive posing.

hahahahaha. yeah dude, i know how ya' feel.

i gotta say, i thought their choice to make a "mr. fixit" was awfully strange. most people probably don't even know who the name refers to. i had totally forgotten until i read that, but "mr. fixit" is probably more commonly known as "the gray hulk".

still... as recognized as the grey hulk might be, i'd still have to say that he's a weird choice…

Oh yeah, I'll definately pick up these little dudes when they come out. And I agree about doing a Mr. Fixit figure. When I read that, I did a double take and thought "a grey hulk?" A little strange, but I like the grey hulk so I'd get one.

Mr Fixit? Say it isn't so....
Mr Fixit was the best version ever! (not to mention McFarlane's rendition was pretty damn sweet too!) Imagine the hulk, slightly smaller, gray and smart as hell. Sarcasm to rival good ol' Spidey too!

What more could you ask for?

I need more money for toys also. I find myself hesitant to buy really cool, expensive toys nowadays. Its a horrible feeling! :(

yeah, i suppose he's a cool character, and whatnot, but i think i'd rather have an iron man, thing, ghost rider, venom, or mr. fantastic...

I dig having a Mr. Fixit character. But, I would rather have an Iron man or Ghost Rider figure.

Holy hell, this is just great...I just bought a new house to fit all my comics and toys...and yet more toys...at least they're small. Personally, I'd like to see X-Statix in this toyline...although X-statix in any toyline would be awesome.

y'know what'd be neat, but will never happen?

Fing Fang Foom? Hah, I don't even remember the last time Marvel has used that character. Galactus may be a world consuming god-like enitity and all, but homie needs a costume change. Maybe a Galactus gumball machine, you pull down his hand and he spits out gumballs that look like planets. Man, if anyone from Marvel reads this board they are so going to rip that idea from me...

Those would rock! But, Marvel would probably never do a Fing Fang Foom figure. A Galactus figure would be much more likely.

look near the bottom of this page - and at most of this page.

seriously, as sweet as these are, i don't really think we need spider man, battle-ravaged spiderman, peter/spidey, and peter parker. we could have had the thing, ghost rider, and iron man.

*shrugs*

but at least we're getting venom and symbiote spidey. they look frikkin' sweet.

Those kick arse!! I agree that we probably don't need 100 different versions of Spiderman/Peter Parker. But, overall, they look great. Venom, DD and Green Goblin are my favorites. $8 a pop seems a little expensive for such little figures. I can get a MOTU, TMNT figure or an Ultimate Muscle figure for less than that and get more size, detail and articulation. Now, $8 for a package of two figures seems like a more reasonable price.

sure, i'd like to pay less, but if the prices of all of the previous "mini-mates" are any indication, it's not gonna happen.

just remember that it's gonna be a few months before these start hitting the racks, so maybe you should put some money aside for them. you KNOW that some of these (hulk, spiderman, daredevil) are going to fly off the shelves...
