The bat looking wings are chap mei.

The black and blue wings remind me of a dragon I got at Dollar Tree and since cut up to craft with. The shaft between the wings clipped into the figs dorsal. Chap Mei is the marking on what I have left, per the above comment. Mine were green and black.

irbaboon: Thanks for the Chap Mei clue for the 'Dragon Wings'--I'll pursue that thread.
Baltan II: Much Appreciated! I see the gold Tail/Weapon on the Transformers Beast Machines Heroic Maximal Snarl Lion Deluxe set
(Asst. 80465; 2000). And I'll pursue the lead on the Mega Construx Halo Hunters for the 'Spine'.

Checking the Mega Construx Halo website, yes the purple 'Spine' appears to be for the Red Remnant Hunter (which is red & purple).
Thanks again.

Good point about the timeline. I'll set it aside for any Mega Construx set which could use such that I come across in the future.
(I've noticed that the various 'building bricks' companies have often reused parts in dissimilar sets over the years.)
