looks almost like the candy holder but with a skull head that Uncle Floyd used to use he called Bones Boy. I also had a "Bones Boy" as a kid.the candy was small and square and in different colors.

I think it is Rosen Company candy dispenser from the 70s. I have found pics of Jack-O-Lanterns and Easter Bunnies in the same basic suit.

Definitely a candy container they had little candy pellets in them. remember them in the late 70's

From what I can find out Rosen Company made the candy and Rosbro made the plastic containers. They appeared as two companies, but actually were the same.

Sure enough, it looks like someone cast these and sold them at NYCC 2013 and through Clutter Magazine. The photos lead to dead links though. The skull looks different, but I suspect Rosbro made a couple different skulls for their candy dispensers through the decades. Or just pop some other Halloween deco skull on it before you cast it.
EDIT: I actually think the Rosbro candy dispenser in the photo directly above is the exact skull and body, while the photo above that one is clearly different.
