I'm trying to ID this toy for a friend of mine. The only marking is "MEXICO". Eraser-like material, probably a bootleg of something. Anyone know?

I thought maybe it was The Ant & The Aardvark too. Maybe it's a really bad bootleg only loosely based on the cartoon, or maybe it's just a weird generic toy, who knows. Thank you for all the feedback everyone!
