Is it just me,or is km's too dark? The 'beast' is lost in the dark background. I noticed this with all of your computer stuff. You should try putting him against a lighter color background.

I thought it looked fine, but then again I am not an artist so I don't have an "eye" for those kind of things. Either way, light background or dark, It's a sweet pic Kev. PIMPTASTIC

Cool stuff, Kevin! Although I agree with Czarcher in that some of your earlier pics might have been a bit too dark, I think the coloring on this one turned out perfectly. It's dark enough to give it character, but not too dark to lose details.

Ok. Here is my entry. I sketched it colored it, scanned it, printed it, inked, then scanned it again. Did that so I wouldn't mess up my original copy on a test inking. Don't really like how it turned out, cause the more I scan it the lighter the colors get. :unsure: It should be darker. I may ink my first copy and then scan it, but if I don't this is my entry. Anyways.

What happens when an Ewok goes rummaging through your old toys in your garage and finds your BattleBeast armor? Well, this.

Hey, It could happen, Hasbro did stuff with both lines. :)

:lol: Thanks guys! I was actually wanting to churn through the E's in the Dictionary to find a good word that could go with Ewok Johnny. :lol:

I actually used my Paploo figure as a reference Tortle, so that's what gave him that retro 80's look. That was exactly what I was going for was an 80's look Kevin.

And Chewy couldn't fit in the armor Whitey. :lol:

Impressive. Most Impressive. I see ObiWon has taught you well..........But ask yourself this. Who do you think would win in a real battle? Your Laser Shark or My Battle Ready Ewok? .........You don't have to answer that. :)

Well, tomorrow's the deadline. Six entries so far. Great work from everyone. Just to let you know, Thursday I will be hosting Fan Art Challenge 4. It will run all 30 days of November and I won't be entering. I will be doing a picture for it, but it won't be voted on. It will be simple and fun. I think I can find some stuff for a prize too.
