Marked LFL 1983 but doesn't look Star Wars

That may be from the Escape The Scarlac Pitt (or something like that) board game... you can google it. I had one when I was younger (probably still do back at parents house). The figures were made of plastic (poorly painted) and were larger than anything released with the micro machines. It was also released close to th Return Of Jedi release which would like up with the date on the figure.

I thought at first it was part of the Star Wars Micro Collection, but it doesn't appear to match any of those figures. What is it made of?
