I am not sure if these pieces go with each other.  I got them all in a bag of plastic soldiers. 

 

Are the firemen and policemen Tim Wee pieces?  One of the smaller red firemen on the top left  has a "Made in China" label on it, maybe a knock off. 

 

Anyone can identify the other accessories?

also, i think i spy those police officer molds, at least the bullhorn and pistol one here... looks like a generic army man set.

and finally i think i spy one of the firefighter molds (gasmask and holding things in both hands) in this bag of firemen, also pretty generic. i dont see the other firefighter holding the hose i the same set though.
