An assortment of 'larger' action figures' Warriors' Gear.

The 'Horned Demonhead' (helmet or breastplate?), both Flails, & the string of Skulls/Bones appear to be rubber.

The Arrow, Base, Shoulder Armor (?), Spear/Xyston, Spiked Shield (?), & Spring Trap all appear to be hard plastic.

Pressing the scope on the 'Machine Gun' would launch a projectile.

No markings evident.  Any ideas?

The double ended spear is a predator "combistick"...The bigger flail belongs to a McFarlane Dark Ages Spawn ogre I think, as does the string of skulls...Not sure about the rest...

Wonderful help!  Thank you for steering me in the right directions!

The Spear/Xyston indeed is a Yautja Combistick (possibly for a Celtic Predator), though it's fixed (doesn't telescope; and is >13" long, with only the center grip being 'brass colored')

so I still don't know from which set it's from.

The larger flail (Mace) indeed belongs to McFarlane's Dark Ages Spawn The Ogre (Green version, Series 11, 1998), along with the 'Horned Demonhead' piece, which is the Demon's 'Ogre Saddle'.

And the 'Trophy Skulls' belongs to another McFarlane's Dark Ages Spawn Series 11 set: The Raider.

Much appreciated!
