So I have memories of this toy, would have been the very early 90's, possibly 89

 

It was a rectangle black plastic box, that held these small metal disks about 2cm wide.

 

The disks spun on the table when popped out of the box , I can't remember much more detail then that other than I'm sure one of the disks had a bat on it.

 

It wasn't a batman based toy, probably more of a halloween / spooky theme to it.

 

I'm from the UK. If it rings any bells with anyone I'd love to hear!

It's neither of those, though.

 

The metal disks were very small like a 5p piece.

 

Could well have been manufactured by Tomy though.

Power ranger spin fighters are close to your description. Don't know about the bat symbol though?

Nope, not that mate. Think this toy pre dates Power Rangers!

 

The metal disk that came out was much smaller than the "battle" style toys that came out.
