mantisFang collects envy from jealous collectors too. He speaks of tears, but that's from the laughter of maniacally staring at his collection

hahahahahahaha

I have collected lots over the years, does anyone else go through phases? I will be really interested in one thing one minute and then something else 8 months later, in the past I have collected Magic the Gathering, Vinyl, Lego and LRG's. I am currently in the process of balancing them all out and keeping my favourites.

I have been collecting vinyl records for quite a while. I'm heavy into hardcore punk, death metal, post-punk, goth rock, etc.
Here's a link to my discogs if anybody wants to trade or something: https://www.discogs....lesp/collection

I also love cassette tapes and even CDs. I like looking for CD's in second hand shops, I found Mobb Deep's 'The Infamous' for almost free, for example.

Also, I really like old books about insects, fish, archaeology, human cultures, and so on.

Comics with tits and helmets in them.

Also Gary Larson and Calvin Hobbes and Peter Madsen's Valhalla.

Skateboard magazines (but Thrasher is pretty much shit now).

What else do I collect?

My favorite closet item to collect that I've never posted pics of on my instagram (Dpsexpress), is probably my Bakugan collection.

Ive been scooping them up in collections from garage sales for a few years now. I love the way they work and the detail of them.

Maybe they are still too new to be appreciated the way i appreciate them. Anyone else out there like Bakugan?

NES games
Hasbro WWF figures
Mattel WWE figures
Funko Pops
I used to seriously collect Transformers ,superhero figures, and kaiju figures but I scaled way down. I'll still get a cool one if I see it.

I know this is new but I'm going to end up collecting all the "Mega Construx Heroes." The only reason I stopped getting the TMNT zones were too many doubles, but now that they aren't blind bagged that isn't a problem

My Mother has recently passed away and I'm going through her place to figure out what goes where etc. That's when I came across my childhood marble collection.

There are a few different types of marbles in the collection. Here are some close ups of them.

I'm not sure if anyone knows anything about marbles. I sure don't. All I know is that I had a blast playing with these as a kid. And the wear and tear shows that in the nicks and loss of clarity that these marbles have. If anyone has any info like marble name type or what have you, it's greatly appreciated.

For me it’s backpacks, usually either vintage or military or best tool backpacks surplus but there are a hearty number of just good practical bags in there. I don’t have too many, somewhere around ten, but it’s nice having a way to put stuff into stuff and move it around

Terrific topic, good to see a variety of interests.

Besides my small toy collection, I collect wargaming miniatures and RPG books and games. I have a decent collection of video games, physical and digital.

Also, I'm a musican so I have 4 guitars and 2 bass guitars and a drum machine. Writing this post is kind of inspiring me to write a song about my favorite LRGs, Battle Beasts. lol.

Other than the rubber toys (most of them being Moose Toys-owned), I also collect:

- LEGO (primarily the Mixels theme, I have all but three Series 1 characters)

- Funko (primarily Pops, though I have a few Dorbz and a variety of the blind series)

- Uglydolls (this one's a mix of the classic "flat" ones and a few of the new movie-style ones)

I'm also wanting to attempt an "art book" collection, but I only have two books so far.
