The Japanese site I got part of the ad from mentioned dice, though I don't know if it was a theory or fact (or if the dice are symbols instead of numbers)

The image from my blog entry is from the preview on this page: http://www.saikyojump.com/manga/ Big Serow/Deerstalker is in the preview, and another Beast whose species I can't figure out as it's too cartoonish.

'On Sale' or 'For Sale'. It's really the same thing! The word, 'Sale' means YOU CAN BUY IT,
not that it is discounted. We as consumers are conditioned to think"On Sale"means it's cheaper.

Man, these look so amazing!!! I'm really keen to see the packaging to go with them.

What do you guys think the middle animal on the top row of the third picture is - kind of looks like a black bear but not quite. Any thoughts?

I seriously can't wait to get hold of some of these!

The good thing is that they are really different from the old BB and from the DST ones which means that everybody could find a line to collect (or both like I will do).

I'll wait and see if other sites have them available to preorder for cheaper.

Not really interested in the dice game thingie but the figures look awesome!

Yeah, I think it's a nod to the Burstsun idea, but they left off the "sun" part of the name.

Be nice if there were some clears and maybe a "stoned"

Nice paintjobs but the weird proportions caused by the dice gimmick have turned what could have been truly excellent inheritors of the Battle Beast mantle into decidedly ugly pieces I have no desire to add to my shelf - sorry Takara, you bombed pretty badly with these ones :( (really didn't expect to be saying anything like that back when I first heard they'd be revisiting the brand)

Zach, if you happen to be reading this thread, your team just achieved an easy victory in the battle for my wallet - congratulations! ;)

It states the Alligator with the large set is clear. It shows him blue, but I figure it's a proto and will be released clear like the original BurstSun Special ghost gator. I bet there will be lots of store tie-ins too if the line proves successful.
