Look just like the micro smurfs that came out a few months back. Except Nintendo/Mario scenes that fit together.

My Toys R Us had 2 versions that fit together, one Mario and one Luigi. They were a little pricey at around $13 I believe. I still thought looked very cool and am curious what material the figures are made from. I'll get a set today and find out, then post.

13 bux for the 5 sections and a figure are not bad at all....i think 15 is what i paid for dual packs of the smurfs that had 5 or 6 pieces and 2 figures.....and the single sets had 3 ground pieces and a smurf for 9.99 so 13 doesn't seem too bad. i hope to make it to TRU this week and snatch(haha) some of these up

As usual, there wasn't a sign of these sets at my local TRU and the employees knew nothing about them.  :notme:

My TRU has some new mini-sets that are half the size and around 10 bucks. Old phone w/ pics went down, but I'll snag again if needed. The characters were a little mushroom guy on one, can't remember the other.

Checked TRU the other day and they got some of these in, but only multiple copies of the mushroom set with Mario. At $20 (seems the previously mentioned $13 price point for that set was not correct), I was pretty underwhelmed honestly. The sets and accessories are cool but the Mario minifigure had very sloppy paint applications, particularly on the face.

I'll pass.

Bachmann - I went back to grab the set and they are now 18.99 here. I'd bet my left arm (I'd say something else, but I'm not THAT confident) they were 13 the first day. I passed as well, with only 2 tiny figures, 20 bucks is too much for me. I took my $ and grabbed series 4 kre-o transformers and series 3 gi joe instead. I feel good about my choice.

Bachamn, not Bachmann - sorry!

Toys'R'Us is certainly not above raising the prices of merchandise, sometimes within days of first appearing on shelves, and price-gouging against themselves, especially if a line is exclusive to them. Prices also vary between locations, so yours still being a buck or two less wouldn't be amiss either.

I picked up one of the smaller packs for $12. I dig it.

I saw them (at least, one of the sets) at TRU, too. $20 seems way excessive in my opinion. I was hoping they'd have the figurine packs as I would've bought Peach, but no luck with those. Hopefully Amazon will have them for cheaper one of these days.

They've got 3 figure packs, with no playsets for $6.99.

There are smaller playsets for $11.99, and the large playsets are $20. The pricing is pretty fair, for what you get with each set.

I found the 3-packs at my Toys R Us, but they were $8.99 instead of $6.99, which is already excessive. I don't think I could pay more than maybe $6 for them (especially considering the paint jobs were not looking too keen on 'em).

Did anyone see that they have a second set of the Micro World stuff? I was ecstatic when I saw that Boom Boom had one.

Yeah! I'm not 100% with the line, but I love the Koopa Family figures. Morton is my favorite Koopaling too, so I'm, stoked!
