UPDATED 6-27-14 AzraelDarknut's Customs 2 (pic heavy)

I have been practicing quite a bit since I last posted my customs, so I figured that I would post some of the Kaiju and other miscellany that I have been working on.

So, first up we have Reicubas Hyper (it's a repainted Reicubas from Ultraman Dyna)

Next, we have Bronze Aboras (it's a repainted vintage Aboras that's meant to look like oxidized bronze):

Here's a 22-inch Mazinger Z Kaiyodo garage kit that I repainted. This bastard took a lot of paint! I don't have a name for this repaint yet.

Next after that is Natsunomeryu from Ultraman Gaia (don't really have a special name for this repaint either)

And finally, my most recent piece, which is a repainted Delta Chameleon Battle Beast (I haven't thought of a special name for him yet)

Hi Azrael!

Can't go wrong with kaiju or super robots. Looking good! How big is that Reicubaz figure? Given the paint work, I'm guessing it's kinda smallish. I'm not familiar with more modern Ultra shows, so I don't know anything about the line it comes from. That Aboras is killer though...he's one of the cooler Ultra kaiju in my opinion.

Also, that Mazinger Z reminds me of some of the

recent repaints of the Medicom vinyl.

To answer your question, Reicubas is about 5"-6" tall, so he is one of the smaller kaiju. This particular one comes from one of the newer Ultraman lines, I think it's the one before the release of the Ginga Spark Dolls.

Yeah, Aboras is one of my favorite kaiju. I especially love Powered Aboras.

Those Medicom repaints are sweet! I had no idea those existed, I've only ever seen toys of him with his original color scheme.

Got a new custom to show you guys! I call it the Jade Owl, it's supposed to be a bit derivative of the Stone Cobra. I gave him one red eye to try and give the feel of a statue coming to life, like he's just been awakened by someone. The marbling effect on him took FOREVER to figure out, but I'm pretty happy with how he turned out. Keep checking back, I'll have some more customs soon!

I know that there are some TMNT fans on this board, so I think you will all like this one! This is a re-painted Space Usagi from the vintage TMNT line. I found him without an arm, so I decided to make him one! The forearm with the spear in it had to be re-sculpted, but I really like the result. I think you guys will really like this one!

Got another TMNT custom ready to show you all. But first, here's a couple of "before" pictures. For those of you who don't know, this is Dirtbag from the vintage TMNT line.

Now for the "after" pictures. After re-sculpting Usagi Yojim-borg's forearm, I decided to see what else I could do with a little bit of epoxy and some paint. Here's the result!

I sculpted the boot, the drill, the wires and all of the armor. I also did the paintjob of course lol.
