Unknown figure - ID help please

I think it’s a bootleg. Found an auction of two figures like this, one identical. Seems to be a recolored Deep Sea Diver mold.

I am however unable to find this particular figure when scanning this line's pictures on the internet.

I guess I am not looking right.
