Hey guys,

 

a couple of weeks ago I had a pleasant experience with one of our international LRGers.  He was located in Finland, and needed help with an Ebay auction.  The Ebay seller didn't ship items to Finland, so he reached out to me to see if I could bid on the item for him and then ship it out to Finland for him.  He had been around a while - and had some positive feedback so I said "why the hell not"... and I went ahead and purchased the item for him on Ebay.

 

Anyhow - it was good all the way around, and I just wanted to offer to an LRGers, if you need help picking something out on EBay, and for whatever the reason they won't sell it to you directly I will be happy to help.  You can always PM and send me a link to the auction!!  : )

 

One caveat - I'd prefer to do this for members that have been around a bit longer than a minute... members that have some history within the community.  But you can always reach out, and like I said I will be happy to help however I can.

I'll echo this.  So long as you've been around for a bit, I've got no problem with the grab-n-ship.  I've got plenty of experience with Customs and international shipping, as well, especially to:  The UK, Canada, France, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Germany.

 

"But heyyyy, wait just a minute; you are a new guy and could possibly rip me off!!"   Nah, not a chance, but I'll leave that up to you to decide -- I can only make the offer.

Im the guy he helped. Seller was shipping only to US and ignored my messages so i asked PF if he would buy the stuff for me and ship them to to Finland, wich he had no problem with. And as said in feedback shipped safe & fast and was a pleasure to deal with! Cheers once again.


But hey This thread has a great thought on it, helping people with international sales stuff. Btw If someone stumbles on something on a Scandinavian site hit me up(Like thats ever gona happen haha... but why not )
