I'm going to start with the fact that this guys has absolutely no copyright markings on him anywhere.

 

So I scoured the internet trying to find a form just like this after I picked this guy up at a local thrift store. He was packaged in with another figure I wanted but now I have absolutely no idea who or where this guy came from!

He has holes in his feet so I think he originally had a base with him, which was probably where the copyright was, but beyond that he has no identifiable markings. For all I know he's from some obscure anime. Could anyone here help?
