So like any good siblings my sister and I squabbled over our Muscle collections. Because of this my mom decided to place a small black mm mark under the foot of my sister's figures. Are those essentially worthless now? I am getting ready to unload both of our collections and was wondering how I should deal with those.

You can try scrubbing them off. Not sure what it would do to muscle, but the mr clean magic erasers take it off old game cartridges.

Magic eraser works great with Muscle figs, but ink, and permanent marker usually tend to "tattoo" Muscle figures. It will absorb into the rubber, and no one that I know has ever found a way to remove it once it has leeched it's way into the material.

There's nothing you can do.

I don't care about ink on the foot. If you can't see it, then who cares? Other collectors disagree. They are stupid.

As for their value, pretty much the same as every other figure.

Thanks so much everyone. I'll be posting a bit later regarding unloading the lot. In the meantime...I haven't seen anything regarding the miniature M.U.S.C.L.E. charms with the loops on top of their heads. Do collectors go for these as well. I have half a dozen of what I believe are the first edition... kind of gray in color.

People who collect bootlegs love them, but it is a somewhat limited market.
I have a few myself.

So basically it just narrows your audience a bit if you were trying to sell them.  As Veers pointed out, some will care and some won't.

Bought them from a quarter vending machine in the super market. I'm not sure who the one in the bottom right-hand corner is yet.

Any muscle with ink or paint on them is fair game to be cut up and melded back together!

Love the MUSCLE charms! Those are mine in the pic you linked to. They glow in the dark. Got them on eBay many many moons ago. They also made them in various clear colors - pink, yellow, green etc. I got a few of those from quarter machines in the late 80s. I'm interested to see your gray ones.

Rubber. To be honest, they feel a little like my one knock-off muscle. Not sure if these little guys are supposed to have a stamp or not but I don't believe these do. Any ideas folks?

They are bootlegs, so it's no surprise that they lack any kind of markings.

This works but it Can not be left on too long or too little. You have to find the sweet spot for the amount of ink.

Hey Veers, I emailed you at your Gmail recently, I was wondering what the call was on torture or error for the fig in my profile pic. I was cruising your site a week or so ago and saw it came up in one of your posts a while back (I missed it then) so it made me curious. I know you thought torture before but seemed maybe not now? Thanks in advance for any insight.
