So I found these little guys, I remember u could put a marble under them and roll them around.

Reminds me of Monster Marbles, but nope never see these before. are they sculped at all on top or just a dome with paint apps?

Some are a little sculped  not just a dome. I'm shocked u guys never seen these O_o

well, both of us are in the US, maybe some of the UK or EU members have knowledge of them. I'm assuming they didn't get released here.

Well they are certainly post-nightmare before Xmas because if you look over to the right and in the middle is a dead ringer for jack skelington.


Hope that helps narrow down a time frame at least.

Bol Bols (i think they was called this) they was made in Spain (I think) and you put glass marbles under them which you got one of in a packet and 2 or 3 bol bols and came with wrapped boomer chewing gum.

 

I never saw these in UK stores. But when I was in high school a Ice cream van used to go at top gate at dinner break time and it used to sell these. Alot of the school for a few months was collecting these though I never got the full set was missing around 3 or 4. I have a collectors sheet for them which you put the stickers on that showed all of them no English was on the sheet or packaging for these. So these must date 1994 to 1998.

They used to sell them in my local store when I was a kid, I have a lot of the I think I am also missing 3 or 4 not too sure.

 

Can not find these guys on the net at all.

Yep there called Bol bols I found them and took photos of the collectors sheet and all the different ones I own including a few off colour miss printed one. So there from spain in 1996 not sure how they reached UK though the names of all the characters are still in Spanish.
