This topic will be updated with every new informations I or you could get about the Greek Battle Beasts. So let's go :

1 - They are all monochrome beasts (everybody know that now ;))

2 - they were sold with stickers and weapon

3 - They were sold in 2 pack and in single bag (not clear so you didn't known which beasts you will get)

4 - The list of color available is :

* to be completed

5 - They are part of the Exogini line in Grece

6 - Only the first serie was avalaible (#1 to #28)

7 - the arms may be mixed up (to be verified with all new items)

8 - Were distributed by El Greco (certainly at the beginning of the 90's)

I put the 7 in bold as it's a new information. In fact the BB were not known as Battle Beasts in Grece but they were a sub serie of the Exogini line (like the Fistful of Aliens were issued as Exogini serie 3 in Italie)

They were largely available and sold about in every toys shops. I have a greek friend here in France who will give me its' greek beasts next time he will go to his his family in Grece (in about 1 or 2 month). He will certainly ask all his friends over there to look for the figures in toys shops and flea market for me.

So please don't make the game of the greedy sellers of ebay. Don't make the price raise incredible amount for figures that are not such rare.

Welcome to the board Tassos. I'm sure you will find here great people but I already said that to you <_<

Just a warning : Never send anyone your postal address if you don't want some mysterious guys all black dressed at your door ready to steal every Battle Beasts figures in your home LOL

As you're our only member from Greece you will certainly receive a lot of offer for greek figures. If you can track them in Greece for us you will be able to get quickly a good number of regular beasts in trade and so dishonnest ebay sellers would only have one thing to do : keep their over expensives greek figures.

Regards and enjoy the tour !

Sylvain

PS : As the "lord of the forum" you need to pay me a tax to stay here. What do you think about 1 greek figure per post you do ? :o

Hello Lazzy Lizzard,
well shark was propably the rarest figure here.I had it from a trade at the age of 14 about, but wasnt able to keep it untill nowadays.Personally,i never had find it in a bag. Also, elephant was quite rare, and these two were the only i had never find no matter how many bags i opened.
Therefore,i would really like to find them in greek colors...Would pay good or trade with more of mine.I hope one day one could help me!

'On Sale' or 'For Sale'. It's really the same thing! The word, 'Sale' means YOU CAN BUY IT,
not that it is discounted. We as consumers are conditioned to think"On Sale"means it's cheaper.

Ok, I see Greek Battle Beasts sell high, real high. I mean four for almost $200. Now I know very little about Battle Beasts, but I know nothing about Greek Battle Beasts. I was wondering, (This is to b.d.foxmoor) what is the price range of the Greek Beasts where you are at?

Hello Tassos !
First of all welcome to the board.
I have a question concerning your Greek Battle Beasts : do they have the TAKARA copyright ?
Thank you in advance for your answer.

OK thanks a bunch !
That's maybe the end of the riddle of my Neon Green Kitty ;)

By the way these Greek BB are a great source of knowledge because it can set a questionable the nature of the "protos". Indeed we have always been considered that these one-coloured BB were "prototypes", maybe they were "just" Greek BB.

Yasou Tassos!!!!

Where is Greece are you located? My Mom and Granfather are in Thessaloniki (hope I spelled it right).

I will be heading to Greece I hope to visit them next month if I have the cash. I plan on heading to Athens as well to visit my old neighborhood.

I had tons of the Greek beast when I live there. Went to the corner shops (key houses) all the time to by them - before that was the m.u.s.c.l.e.s.

Is it easy to find the Greek Beast at the flea markets? Was going to check some out when I am over there.

My real name is Vasilios. Billy in English.
