So I cannot ID this little guy… He’s about 2 inches tall and articulated at the shoulders (both arms move together) and the hips (both legs move together). No markings that I can discern anywhere. Definitely looks like an 80s-era figure but I can’t figure it out. Anyone here know what it is?

 

I also have this little orange tank thing. It is also unmarked and about 2 inches long and less than 2 inches tall. Any ideas?

Those both have matchbox mega rig vibes to me. The guy seems to be from the jurassic copter set. I would assume the mini vehicle too, but haven't really looked through all the pics to confirm.

Bullseye on the little figure! He is definitely from that copter set. Thank you for that!

 

As for the little tank thing, I do not think it is from the same Matchbox range as it is too small for those figures.

The figure is a pilot from the Matchbox Mega Rig Jurassic Copter set.  If you have Ebay, check out item # 114860674898 (copy and paste that number in the search bar to see it.). On the fifth photo you can see your figure in one of the bags that is in that set.
