Anyone know what these dudes are?

I remember I used to frequently see these guys on stickers in sticker dispenser machines, but I have no idea what they are. I got them in vending machines, but they are NOT Homies, btw.

I don't really think so. I got them around the time Homies Series 3 was out. And Homies didn't really pick up in popularity until later in series 3 to series 4.

The animals are Rascals. I think Topher used one to make Marty a SS custom years ago...

I know this is a long shot (and yes, I realize I'm bumping a 12-year old post) but I was just cataloging my collection and came across those not-Homie figures in my first picture. Anyone have any clues?
