"Heroes in my Pocket" has me slightly less excited. But still excited, obviously.

I wish Medusa had a sculpted bustier or some sort of armor breastplate. I highly doubt they'll release her topless, and a painted on top will look kinda wonky.

EDIT: Don't search up "Heroes in my Pocket." It's porn, lol.

Yeah the title spells something childish indeed... ironicly what you find when googling is more mature content, odd controversy there haha...

Im really disliking almost all of these figs... Cyclops is awesome but i dont like tve whole name/idea it brings, of this ne series. Especially the elf ears on figs just kill it for me

Btw are there any confirmation that this will be the new mimp line? Cause to me it seems weird seller saying not to distribute the pics(sending them himself) since they shouldnt be puplished yet, still selling the prototypes wich obviously takes the value away from the actual release

I'm not a fan of the named characters, either. I'm hoping that "Heroes in My Pocket" is a different line than MIMP, and we're still getting a MIMP. Though I still want that Medusa.

It's got to be MIMP. I can't see anyone but MIMP using a slot on Redcap. The designs are a little angular, but I personally think these are at least an improvement over the gen 2 figures. Death Knight is a very cool looking figure! I imagine these names are subject to change in the international market, this guy might end up being called Vampire.

Death Knight is a very cool looking figure! I imagine these names are subject to change in the international market, this guy might end up being called Vampire.

In the Might and Magic Clash of Heroes line (mentioned earlier in this thread) Death Knight was called Chevalier de la Mort, Cavaliere della Morte, and Todesritter in international markets.

Vampire was Vampire, Vampiro, and Vampir.  Wraith was Apparition, Spettro, and Totengeist which was probably the most interesting translation.

I can't see these not being the new MIMP. I'm not sure who holds the rights, but it isn't that far fetched to bring back the brand in a "fresh" new way. I also recall somewhere when they were first announced they were going to have a mobile app or video game tie-in. Not sure if they're going to maintain their word on that or not.

Game tie-in seems to fit with the art depicting a kid with a book and these being monsters they can summon. Also I have been feeling this art style is very similar to the Disney Infinity toy style. No matter the name of the toy line I want red cap!

Only if it was from one of the employees making the toys.

I was under the impression the figures would be colored, but I like the monotone ones a lot more. Possibly just due to nostalgia reasons, not sure. Still hate the stylized look of the sculpts though, would rather they were more realistic.

Agree on all points.

I think they need to actually look more like monsters. That red Red Cap looks very cool, though.

I don't know, maybe these are just unpainted protos?

Any indications if they're rubber or pvc?

To be honest they look a little Japanese to be Monster in my Pocket,,, don't get me wrong they are great figures but I can't help but think that any release will out do the originals, but maybe that's nostalgia kicking in.
