i'm just guessing....i'd say 299.99 because lego likes to keep their parts at 0.07/piece usually but this one may drift up to 349.99 possibly

Are they really naming the set Big Ben? That's only the nickname of the clock, the building is properly known as the Palace of Westminster or the Houses of Parliment, while the clock tower is named St Stephen's.

The ELizabeth tower
Renamed in 2012
Big ben is the nickname
For the great bell of
The clock.
Alot of adults and
Children call it
big ben so it is
A fair name for the set

Damn, are you for hire for tour guides? Perhaps the cheaper price is due to duplicate parts? I have noticed that with sets that contain a large percent of the same pieces the price is a bit cheaper than what might be expected. That and Lego probably didn't have to worry about any trademarks or copyrights. The tower is now called

The number I've always heard and read about was 0.10 a piece. IS this new?

for the past 3 years at least, that's what was kinda the given, of course it'll vary here and there, but bricklinkers always break down price per set....and these big sets stay in that range.....now when you have smaller sets, they'll drift into higher per part count where you are at the 0.10 range and higher at times. really just depends on what genre sets we're talking about.
