How about a carrying case? I never really liked the Battlin' Belt. I did a custom one a while back, but I'd be interested in seeing what you come up with.
Also, any sort of interesting MUSCLE display options would be cool.

(ps i took your carrycase picture and photoshopped out the "epic blah blah" part and made it into a banner for a meeting hall, now it hangs on a shelf where they supposedly meet to discuss world events and such

A display case is a great idea, maybe wall mountable (is mountable a real word?)?
I like the playset idea as well. My suggestion there would be from my childhood. I used to think that MUSCLE's were from space and had crashed on Earth (I think it was a little Transformer inspired). You could make a playset with a crashed space ship, with MUSCLE's coming out of the wreck.

Hey that's what i used to think muscles were. i was never into wrestling all that much so space aliens seemed a lot more fun and imaginative. that way the muscle men could have all sorts of special powers (i.e. anyone with a visor could shoot laser beams from it etc)
I think a gladitorial areana playset would be cool. The Emperor Blue Zord enslaves strange creatures to fight each other to the death, with a rancor monster thrown in to spice it up.

One of my ideas is to replace the top on the guy everyone thinks is a Urn, with a small clear drinking glass and add the guys top and a proppeler inside. I'm doing this becuase he's actually a blender!
