I attached a photo? I only have this drawing since it's a childhood memory..

Might have been easier if I didn't suck at drawing. Oh well. :(

and yeah, i meant an actual picture of the figure.

Could be a bunch of stuff.... reminds me of a figure from the game HeroQuest

The gray makes me think it might be from the DFC Dragonriders of the Styx line.

About halfway down you can see him.

or here his is where it looks like someone cut his feet from the base.

Edit:...nevermind. didn't see the part about the removable helmet and weapon.

Your drawing kind of reminds me of the orc grunt from Hero Quest but the dimensions and removable parts don't match up.

He looks like that one, but more light grey, bigger and more of a quality toy. The spike ball looks just like it! He also had a bigger base stand if I remember correctly. The face was more evil looking and the head had a peg you could press into a hole in the body. More of a hunchback too.

Hope you all understand my english..hard to explain, English isn't my main language..

Sounds and looks a lot like a Games Workshop 1/32 scale Fighting Fantasy figure.  They made orcs and goblins in flat gray with interchangeable heads and weapons.   Run an ebay search for "fighting fantasy FF"  If you don't include the FF you will get to too many miss hits.

Here are a few pictures of the orcs and goblins.  These are painted but came in gray.
